Position 1 - Project Assistant
Key responsibilities:
- Assist to fulfill sales target;
- Follow-up work for established customers;
- Assist to develop new customers;
- Assist in exhibitor & visitor promotion;
- Provide on-site supporting as assigned;
- Assist in other affairs such as exhibitor service & payment collection.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- University graduate with degree in sales and marketing field is preferred;
- Good command of written and oral English, CET 6 or above;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work under pressure;
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Minimum 1-2 years sales related working experience;
- Good PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Position 2- Project Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Fulfill sales target
- Keep good relationship with established customers and develop new customers;
- Keep good contacts with exhibition partners, such as associations and sales agents;
- Prepare marketing materials;
- Conduct in exhibitor & visitor promotion;
- Provide on-site supporting as assigned;
- Support in other affairs such as exhibitor service & payment collection.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- University graduate with degree in Economy & Marketing field is preferred;
- Good command of written and oral English, CET 6 or above;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work under pressure;
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Minimum 3-4 years sales related working experience;
- Good PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Position 3 - Project Manager (Guangzhou)
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and lead the project team to fulfill sales target;
- Make promotion plan and specify the details to be followed up;
- Team management and cost control;
- Develop key accounts and Keep good relationship with them;
- Keep long term cooperation with exhibition partners, associations and sales agents;
- Conduct supporting work and control the quality of service on-site;
- Other tasks assigned by Project Director.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- University graduate with degree in Exhibition, Economy & Marketing field is preferred;
- Above 5 years management experience related to exhibition and trade fair;
- Fluent in oral and written English;
- Full team management experience, able to work under high pressure and accept business travel from time to time;
- Excellent communication and business negotiation skill;
- Good PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Position 4- Project Executive/Supervisor (Guangzhou)
Key responsibilities:

Position 5- Operation Supervisor/ Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Operational support of technical equipment and facilities for trade fairs;
- Liaising with stand contractor, forwarder, travel agent, venue, registration service provider, to ensure quality services are provided;
- Supervise and monitor related exhibitor information collection;
- Exhibitor Manual edit;
- Organization and coordination for onsite construction, forwarding, transportation etc.;
- Onsite emergency response and processing;
- Negotiate with providers for reasonable price and guaranteed quality;
- keep good relations with exhibition venues;
- Liaising with relevant government departments such as custom office, fire police for necessary permit;
- Other tasks assigned by Deputy General Manager.

Position 6- Project Manager (Shanghai)

Position 7- Project Assistant (Foshan)
Position Overview:
The project assistant is mainly responsible for supporting international venue consulting and management projects by translating all written and verbal communication (documents, emails, reports) from English into Chinese and vice versa; coordination of services and contracted service partners; manage and maintain contract and service agreements register; monitoring subcontracted companies; reviewing and monitoring payments; project controlling (quality, cost and timelines), internal reporting and assistance to Project and Department Directors in their daily business.
Key responsibilities:
- Translation of all communication (documents, emails, reports etc.) verbal or written;
- Coordination of multiple venue consulting and management projects;
- Participation in public tender processes for consultancy and venue operation projects;
- Client liaison and service provision;
- Coordination of partner companies and contractors;
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting;
- Budget management;
- Invoice management and follow up;
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Proven organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong self-motivated individual - able to work independently with little supervision;
- Excellent business English language is absolutely required;
- Comfortable with all standard software;
- Excellent communicator and networker;
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements;
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Willingness to work in irregular hours including public holidays and weekends;
- Lively personality able to deal with all level of senior personnel in a bureaucratic system;
- Good report writing skills;
- Possible candidates from the following sectors are welcome, such as Exhibition, Hospitality, Real Estate, Engineering and Professional Translators;
- Bachelor’s Degree in English; Exhibition & Event Organization; Engineering; Economics or PR /Marketing are welcome;
- At least 1-year work experience as project assistant or coordinator in an international company.
