Internet+ Powered by CEBIT 2018 is going to be held at Guangdong Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 24-27, 2018. Themed with “Digital Life, Business & Production”, the expo will set up six sectors of Internet Frontier Technology, Digital Business, Digital Life, Innovation & Startups, Smart Manufacturing and Robotics, covering a total display area of 50,000 sqm with more than 10% increase.

Global meeting points for business
Digitalization is a hot topic for industry executives. The expo will provide exhibitors and visitors more innovative products and better experience of the digital era. Based on the 656 exhibitors of last year, this year, the proportion of overseas exhibitors will continue to increase to an estimated 20%. Internet+ Powered by CEBIT is the established meeting point for all of these influencers. “Business leaders and politicians in China visit the show to keep up with the latest technology trends and challenges in the manufacturing and digitization branches,” explained Gary Liu, managing director of the show organizer Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd.
Foshan City continuously boosting its digital economy
As a successful example of “Made in China 2025” and the host city, Foshan, located in Guangdong Province China is speeding up the development of digital economy and promoting the integrated development of the real economy and the digital economy. In 2017, the regional GDP of Foshan was 954.96 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 8.55%. Among them, computer, telecommunication and other digital equipment manufacturing industries registered a year-on-year growth of 16.9%.
